This year World Drag Racing Circuit and 742 RaceWars USA Tour will be running a regional points championship. West Coast Invitational and East Coast Invitational. We are working together to create a payout for most of the classes as well as awards for the regional points champions. Please follow us on Facebook at World Drag Racing Circuit and 742 Marketing National Tour for updates and announcements.
All Classes must have a 32-car field for full payout, otherwise payouts with be pro rates bases on the number of cars in the field. All classes are Domestics Vs. Imports and a 500 tree. This is a driver’s drag race series so electronics or delay box is allowed. All street class must run on DOT approved drag radials and must have the required NHRA/IHRA safety requirements for the speed in each class. All safety equipment including helmets, jackets suits, cages etc. must be up to date. While rules may vary at tracks and in different states, NHRA/IHRA basic safety requirements are universal. For NHRA/IHRA rules please visit their website and or request a rule book on line. For those who do not understand the difference between brackets, index, heads up, pro tree and other drag racing terms and procedures, we will provide you with various sources for these information on our pages. Or you can just Google it!
